Return And Refund Procedure :

• Now we don’t offer refunds once the order is placed, only returns and exchanges are accepted.
• Any request for a replacement must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.
• Returns and exchanges will be done by 3-5 business days.
• Only items that are damaged will be accepted for return.
• All items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging when delivered to the return address.
• Products shall not be returned for size or colour mismatch. It is our humble request to you to check for the size and the colour before placing an order.
• Incase of defective product, which is very unlikely as we check the products before dispatching, but just in case you do receive one, then call us as soon as possible. Oblugift will exchange your product with ease. You can also WhatsApp us on our helpdesk number. Our associate will get in touch with you.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us via the provided contact number. Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are none-refundable.
